Helen has been working in the mortgage industry for seven years and is an accredited mortgage broker with Certificate IV in Banking Finance and accreditations with over 20 lending institutions.   Over the years, she has seen people refinancing to help them move forward out of debt.  About six years ago, she began putting together a budget for many of her clients.  Some of these people now have investment properties.  Helen is now offering her budgeting skills to enable clients to build wealth.   Budgeting is not taught in school and the majority of people assume that it would mean major changes to their lifestyle and refuse to even try.  The benefits can be enormous.
